I apologize for not writing recently. I moved to Nebraska. Yup. Nebraska. Here is a picture.

Anyway, it's been a definite learning experience thus far. Type 2 diabetes is pretty much a religion in some parts of the US. Though not as much as actual religion. I live in a small town of 12,000 and there are 34 churches. Wikipedia will also point out that there are two (2) Dairy Queen's in town. Two(2)!! They have a gravy for everything, including muffins. And FOX News actually exists! Speaking of disliking Mexicans, some Americans sure do dislike Mexicans. Interestingly, they LOVE their food. My diet is high in chipotle.
